Malaysia’s Lee Chong Wei defeat Shi Yuqi 21-12, 21-10 to win his fourth All England Open Badminton Championship Title in the men’s singles final in Birmingham.
The Olympic silver medalist swept Shi yugi 21-12, 21-10 in just 45 minutes to claim his fourth All England men’s single title. Final was almost one-sided as Lee defeated Lin Dan in Semi.
Lee never gave Shi a chance to settle, putting up a dominant performance to win the first game.
“This is the first time I’ve seen so many people (fans) in the final,” added Lee to a thunderous roar of applause from his fans.
“All England is my favourite tournament,” Lee said, adding that he would be back to look for a fifth title next year.
